Overview: Small campground at the top of a mountain with beautiful valley and river views. Available for rental are RV sites, tent sites, and several yurts and cabins. Premium sites have amazing views! Other sites have variable views but there is a good public viewing spot over looking the gorge. There are many trails for hiking and a small pond for fishing. From the campground it is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Asheville.
Campsites: Level sites, premium sites have concrete parking pads and patios, while deluxe sites have gravel, good spacing/privacy. Full hook-ups (50 and 30 amp, sewer, water)
Amenities: Cable TV, coin laundry, bathhouse, camp store
Internet: Decent campground Wi-Fi included
Price: $45-65/night
Pet friendly: Yes and nice walking trails.
