Overview: This a campground located near beautiful Sonoma County. It lies along the Russian River and has great river access. You are amongst amazing California vineyards. There are also many quaint historic towns nearby. We enjoyed the location of this park. It is an only a 30-45 minute drive to the city Santa Rosa.
Campsites: Each site has water and 30 amp electric hook-ups. There are no sewer hook-ups in this park. Sites are variable but each is packed earth or paved. Most are not very level and small. We had a hard time finding an available site for our 35-foot motorhome. Most are shaded with trees. Each site has a picnic table. Wood fires are not allowed in the park.
Amenities: Dump station, propane refill station, lodge, bathhouses, outdoor laundry facilities, river access and fishing (with permit), playground, horseshoe pits, basketball, volleyball, and game room.
Pet friendly: Yes, but they must be kept on a leash.
Internet: Variable cell phone signals. Public Wi-Fi at the lodge.
